Enjoy a special evening at the NAWAREUM: Chef Roland Schmidmeier from the Bistro ErneuerBar invites you to an exclusive 3-course meal featuring regional and seasonal foods. With passion and skill, he shows how fresh ingredients from the region can be transformed into creative and flavorful dishes.


You can choose between a meat menu, a fish menu, or a vegan menu.


Between courses, Roland will provide exciting insights into his work: he will explain his choice of ingredients, talk about regional producers, and reveal sustainable cooking tips that combine indulgence and responsibility.
